You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos — we’ll replace it free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, hair, or personal-care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
